The keratin treatment is absolutely amazing! The first time I used, it was on my mom who has long gray, course hard to control hair. She went to Florida for two weeks and said that it was the best keratin treatment she has ever had and was thrilled to not have the dangerous chemicals from the treatment! I will be using this more with my clients!

I am uncomfortable with the rinse step of the treatment. I'm not sure if I rinsed more or less perhaps I'd be happier with the results.

I wish this product worked as well as it looks in the videos. I have used it on several different hair types and the overall finish is just fair.

Great shampoo, not much lather but assuming it doesn't strip hair

I love the product, however, the new container is ridiculous. Ridiculous. You have to dig out the last quarter of it with your finger because it's in a square container. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs to rethink the whole concept of customer service and loyalty.
my hair feels dirty all the time and it’s greasy immediately after getting out of the shower. you need a lot to create a lather and I’ve started double shampooing. tried it for almost 2 months because of how much money I spent but I give up. Going in the garbage.
And I wrote to Cézanne because this product isn’t great, but they did not respond and you can’t return anything. So be sure before you buy. It sucks because I did the salon treatment for $500 so you would think you’d get a product or 2 or a sample at least when spending that much and of course you want to use their brand to extend your $500 treatment so you basically have to gamble and spend even more to see if you like these products as the salons don’t carry them. Not very customer friendly or helpful and a strange way of non-marketing your products.

After giving my client a Cezanne Classic Blonde Smoothing Treatment, I sent her home with the Cezanne Ultimate Blonde Shampoo which " is designed for daily use to maintain and protect the treatment's longevity". However, she just texted me and said that it's turning her hair blue. I am embarassed!

If the shampoo is over-depositing when used daily, we recommend alternating it with our Perfect Moisture shampoo to determine the perfect toning for the hair. Thank you for choosing our product!

Perfect Moisture Shampoo:
This concentrated, sulfate-free formula provides a gentle cleanse. Since sulfate-free shampoos naturally lather less than traditional ones, here are a few tips to get the best results:
Start with thoroughly wet hair.
Dispense the shampoo into your hand and add a bit of water to create a light foam before applying.
Gently massage the shampoo through the hair and scalp.
If more lather is desired, simply add more water — not more shampoo.
Rinse thoroughly, then repeat the shampoo. On the second wash, you’ll notice a richer lather and deeper cleanse. Be sure to rinse thoroughly.
Perfect Moisture Conditioner
Apply a small amount to the mid-lengths and ends of your hair — these areas typically need the most conditioning.
Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes, then rinse well.
You need a lot to create a lather and it doesn’t clean as well as the last version. Like the conditioner I don’t like the new fragrance it’s too perfumy.

This new formula doesn’t detangle as well as the previous version. I don’t like the new fragrance. Too perfumy.
